New to fly-fishing for salmon and looking to learn? Our private guide/s offer a ‘complete beginners’ crash course for the day. We start with a casting lesson on dry land and a discussion of tactics before bringing your newly learnt skills out on the water to try and tempt some salmon and sea trout to your line.
Kylemore is one of the most beautiful areas in Connemara and home to Kylemore Abbey and Gardens. Expert private fishing guide/ghillie (fluent in English and has some French).

Expert private fishing guide/ghillie (fluent in English and has some French). One hours casting tuition on lake shore before continuing the days education on the boat. Fishery fee. Boat & fuel. State Day salmon & sea trout license. Buoyance aid.
Excluded
Rod hire. Flies and lures. Lunch. Wet gear. Fly fishing rod and flies can be purchased as extras. All sea trout have to be returned alive to the water.
