View impressive Ashford Castle on the shores of Lough Corrib. This medieval and Victorian castle which has been expanded over the centuries, was once owned by the Guinness family who used it as a hunting lodge and is now five star luxury hotel. The castle was built on the perimeter of a monastic site in 1228 and has a rich and colourful history.

A visit to The Old Steamers Quay on the lake and views of Lord Ardilaun’s Obelisk are highlights of the cruise.

Itinerary
Departing from Lisloughrey pier close to Cong village, board the boat and start your guided history cruise on Lough Corrib, which is the largest lake in the Republic of Ireland. You skipper will take you pass some of the 365 islands on the lake.
